Because our merchandise is fulfilled through international production partners, please review the details below to understand our shipping process.
Order Processing & Production Time
All orders require 2-3 business days for processing and 2-3 business days production before shipment.
During this time, your items are created, printed, embroidered (if applicable), quality-checked, and packaged for delivery.
Production begins once your order and payment have fully processed.
International Shipping
We utilize trusted international fulfillment centers to produce and ship our merchandise. As a result, most orders travel across international waters before entering the United States.
Standard International Shipping (Default Method)
Shipping Time: 8–12 business days
Total Fulfilment Time: 9–16 business days (production + shipping)
Please note:

Shipping times may vary based on location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier volume.

Tracking updates may experience brief pauses while the package is in international transit—this is normal.

Once your order clears U.S. customs, it is transferred to a domestic carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email or text (if provided) once your order has shipped.
Tracking may not update daily during overseas transport. After the package reaches the U.S., you will begin seeing more frequent tracking activity.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are processed in accordance with U.S. customs requirements.
In most cases, customers in the United States will not owe additional fees.
If any duties or taxes arise, the customer is responsible for these charges.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
We will gladly assist with:

Shipping Address Corrections
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipment.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
